Behind The Poem:

I wrote this poem for my husband on our 11th anniversary. It is true we've been through alot of tough times but with our strong love, our determination, and our will to fight anything that came up against us we have made it this long. Sometimes I think we've already been to the gates of hell and beat the devil. Now we are stronger for what we've been through and we have a lasting bond and love that couldn't be better.

Stired of hearing youth upon youth killed in this world. I am esp talking about the Black on Black crime! A nation of people wiping out their future. It's beyond words but I tried to give it some perspective!
