En godhet har bredt seg rundt i min kropp,
mitt hjerte varmer ekstra og gjør et hopp.
 
Jeg er så utrolig heldig som har fått møte deg,
mitt hjerte sier "du er så innmari innmari grei".
Din myke hånd jeg så gjerne vil holde langs livets vei.
 
Jeg så gjerne vil vi skal minner tvinne,
de beste som vi har hatt noensinne.
Her er et ønske, og det er mitt siste.... vil du bli min bestevenninne?

Oh, thank you very much! I love that you took the trouble to translate my poem, also impressed that you found the right langauage! 
 
I'm so lucky to have gotten to know this beautiful girl, Maria. 
The poem simply builds up to the question if I can follow her for the rest of our life, as a best friend by her side.
