I rode my first bike
And didn't fall down

I baked my first cake

I tried to runaway
But got scared and ran back

To my very favorite song
And sang it all by myself
And didn't do it wrong

I finally turned fifteen
And gave my heart away
He told me he loved me
And I knew exactly what to say

I sang you happy birthday
And got you presents, too
I kissed you on the cheek
And gave you a hug, too
Are you proud of me yet?

I wrote this by myself
And cried with all my might
I painted both my wrists
And they're a beautiful sight
