Black America
Black America enlighten by different characters
The colors of commotion turned to strongest love devotions
Lost tears hidden dreams everybody prayin for hope it always seem
If I had it all, for you I’d debt it most
For the cost of change can be painless
From a teen death to snatching somebody chain this
Could easily be rearranged
Only empty hearts look down on us with shame
I shade tears for my closest peers when they were sentenced to those years
From cold and lonely to broke and bummy
Who else was there but all my homies
Where ever the world takes me
We can be coo or you can mean mug and hate me
But before we touch the grave
Only through each other
Most of us can only relate
