Falta Amor
Empty wells with water filled dreams.
Something you could never see,
how much I really needed you here
just so I could breath.
Walls and barriers never were
to high or wide for me.
You had other plans, other means;
to set me free it seemed
You never realized what a hindrance your empty promises were.
I held on to your words
with an unraveling expectance.
Just enough for me was, your artificial existence.
Just your presence;
I was consumed by with my every being.
I lived in the dark and you were my nightlight,
just enough luminance to see what COULD be.
