Hurt

Loving someone is hard on the heart,
It gets hard on the mind when you are apart.
If your love does not help you back up when you fall,
You are better off not trying at all.
If your lover happens to make you feel week,
It could be hard to find the words to speak.
While they may think that they are strong,
You know in your heart that they are wrong.
It can take too long for you to access,
Which option for you may be the best.
The answer is lost and still can't be found,
You seem to get close, but get turned around.
Some days you may feel scared and alone,
Only wanting to take that long road home.
You are with someone you thought you knew
But they started to change without a clue.
The only way to give your mind a rest,
