The loss is still new
The hurt is fresh as the morning dew
So many hearts are involved
They are sorrowful and will forever missing you
You were in your mothers’ womb
But we all appreciated and anticipated you

Two weeks before your arrival … your heart stopped beating
Quite shocking and discomforting …
Why? We are wondering…
Only Gods knows why He chose to keep you all to Himself
Though it would have been my joy to witness your birth
Listen to that remarkable first cry
Capture that expression on your pale little face
Hold your delicate body in my embrace
It is less painful losing you at this stage
Contemplating the happiness, the commitment
The bonding, the molding, the reassuring…
My heart would stop pounding, but thank God I am upholding
My thoughts will always hold you dear
My heart will forever misses you
What your future entailed … it will remain a furtive
But I am contented and appreciative
You are resting in the everlasting arms of Love
