Stalwart (My Light & Salvation)

You see me standing tall,
you don’t even know the struggles I went through,
or who brought me this far.
God created and He controls my destiny.
How far I want to go, it’s up to me.
He blessed me with such a brilliant mind,
but brilliance is not all I need to be successful.
It takes discipline, hard work, perseverance, sacrifice....
You have to earn that star before you claim it.
Determination is a pilot, that takes you where ever you want to go,
so relax your intellect as you travel along this journey.
Faith is a must! It is the seed that conserves
and keeps me close to the Provenance of life...
rewards flowing constantly and profusely.
New visions, satisfaction, bliss, endurance, guidance…
I am stalwart! I have a heart that is contaminated with love,
stained with peace, safeguard and inspired by the God of love.
He takes me on the higher plains of justice and understanding,
wisdom, sincerity, truth, trust and autonomy…
I never felt emancipated, until the Lord grab hold of my heart and spirit.
He’s all I have and all I need. I live for Him and Him alone.
He is the water I thirst; He quenches and He nurtures my soul.
Glory be to God, my light and salvation.
