Spill!

Spill forth magic

With your sword of words;

All ye lovely poets

Give the world all that it deserves;

Build castles made of wax,

And make the clouds dance

Ecstatically alongside the moon;

Weave a magic wand

And make the birds croon

To nature’s euphonic tunes;

Take mankind to places

They have never ever been;

Beyond splendid horizons,

Atop majestic hills!

And let them all behold

Our esoteric and exquisite world;

Let them learn to find hope

Where they see none;

Let them envision rich harvests

In lands that are barren;

And let them spread love

Knowing it may never be returned!

So all ye lovely poets,

Go ahead and spill forth magic

With your sword of words!

Just as a king’s sword of steel

Could shed blood and slay a man!

Our sword of words possesses the might

To bring a man to life!

Behind The Poem:

All of us!
