Dream Within

The advent suffering,
Through the dark lonely night,
Stands my soul.

These chains bind me to my own sin.
Is there an escape? I don't see one.

The stars are crying.
Memories that haunt me still lurk.

The dream that made me suffer.
Dreams within guide me along the path of sorrow.

Loveless.
Today shows no mercy.

A burden I carry, scars unable to hide.
Wounds that won't heal.

In the field full of green grass. A woman skipping across. Beasts roam the
fields. A comet trail trailing the horizon. An endless river of sorrow.
Mourn the taken souls. High hopes for a lie.

The dream that raised much question.
The world I dreamt of with you.
