Perfection should be all’s worst enemy
it keeps they’re eyes from what really should be seen
its not about the “Money, money and the cars, cars and the clothes the hoes”
don’t you suppose
that if society didn’t think to shallowly
our children wouldn’t grow up so un-benevolently
people wouldn’t be so caught up in what is irrelevant
THINGS are what got America in settlements
Wal-mart wont even give 40hrs a week
so they don’t have to pay for unexpected surgury (Insurance, what I mean)
what has us in this corruption is the greed.

Reality! It pains my heart
Reality! It pains my heart when I think about the wickedness and the selfishness of society. No love and respect for the people...may God help us all so we can rise about these circumstances... You be bless and keep on expressing your views/concerns...this poem is great! This gave me a flash back on the moment when I was creating a poem titled The Truth, 1 & 2.
