Indigo And Violet
I have hungered through the ebon night
of heavy-laden under-sight,
drenched by pouring pain,
rinsed by roaring rain,
but only seen after the downpour.
Above me colors soar the sky,
red, orange, yellow, reach for high
but I lie thick, refracted jelly
in the deepest under-belly
with an emptiness still reaching out for more.
I am dark within the rainbow,
final path for lighted arrow,
like painful poet's try at triolet,
I am indigo and violet
born to give of my expression from the core.

Beautiful.
I imagined so much.
I has a mental picture through this whole poem.
