You won't? I will

poetry picture

You can't see this?
I'll see it for you
You won't read this?
I'll read it for you
You won't listen to this?
I'll listen for you
You won't hear this,
But I will.
Your not going to leave,
I will

You can beg and you can plee
For the sweet justice of victory
But
It's to late.
Been for a while.
Don't worry, I'll soon smile.
But
Once I'm gone, I won't come back
And you'll be sorry you didn't pack.
But I'll always love you.

You comforted me when I was blue
But that was when it was only me and you
You tried to let me go
But, as usual your plans blow
If you really love me you'll let me go

I'll do your job, pretend it's fine
But this next life, will be mine
So I'll shut my mouth
I won't complain when it rains
Not even when I'm blammed
So go ahead stay and play
I just won't be there at the end of the day.

You can't love me, so in the end?
I have to love myself.
