Every one was gone, i could do no Harm.
Sitting in the dark all alone,
Grateful that there was no one home.
Erie alliance,
Between the silence and me.
Just like the words in this poem.
About I dance in my birthday suite,
No one is going to see my loot.
Every one was gone,
I could do no wrong.
O on that day I had a hoot!
All of a sudden, it happened,
At the door a rapping.
Just how could this be?
This is not my house!
I was just napping.
Across the room I went for clothes,
However, there I stood all exposed.
Looking at handcuffs and guns,
It made no sense to run.
I guess what I am trying to say,
Is that I hope you don’t get caught
With your pants down today.

Good twist at the end! I
Good twist at the end! I wondered where you would go without your pants! I like what you did with the dark and silence here, even though the image of you in your birthday suit is so captivating, it is the "eerie alliance between the silence and me, just like the words in this poem" that caught my attention. It is a quite powerful feeling, dark and silence. As for the rest of the poem, well it felt like a play about "poetic justice"! (Sweet moral in the end.)
