the name i cannot hear

she lingers, i wither
She dances, i shiver
She smiles and i bask in her joy
She laughs, i weep
And i will walk into her arms

unfolding my heart and lay open to attack only to feel her stab

once again in my chest
yet i cannot resist her charm
i fear, yet love her so dear
she leaves behind a golden trail
and i will follow her endless smile
to my own downfall
but..
do not mention her name
it's one i cannot bear to hear
