THE PAIN OF MOTHERHOOD

When you are pregnant
You dream of how wonderful your child will be
the feeling when you finally give birth
is Such an overwhelming love
For that small child that you have
Been blessed with

As they grow you teach them
How to walk, talk, and eat
You teach them things they need to
Know as they grow and start out in
This big world

You cry when they go to their
First day of school
You praise them as they learn
More and more each day of their lives

You cry for them when ever they get hurt
You always want to take away the pain they feel
You dont want to feel anything but happiness

But you know as a parent you cant
They must go through the pain of growing up
So you watch and you hurt for them
Knowing that these things shall pass
And others will come
They must learn to take pain with the joy

You become very proud as you watch
specially when They turn into adults
and They become parents themseleves and as you watch
your child go through the
Pain and joy of growing up
And wonder how you ever made it
Through the pain of watching them grow up!!
