I live in a dark world
empty hollow
my dreams, tormenting thoughts
gloomy and weary
i am tired
every moment every second consuming me
devouring me bit by bit
lips apart, broken heart
confused mind - horror driven my hopes depart
air still
cold chills my bones
every second i face my fears
the fears i had been running from all these years
i walk in this land
full of thorns and stubs
bleeding instep arch, bleeding heart, crying soul
hails knock me down
i am bruised - head to toe
forget friends i do not have a foe...
i am living a life full of burden
without a goal
it's just me walking
and my wretched soul...
