Time Goes By......

Looking at the world go by fast before my very eyes.
Remembering being a little kid standing in the snack line.
Is their a button just to go back and rewind?
I had to ponder for a second and realize.......

That time goes by every second.
I didn't mean it I was just messing...
I'm sorry I learned my lesson.

Saying I hate u then leave home.
I love u but now your gone.
It's a cold world but I will stay strong.

People want to smoke, party and kick it.
The streets is a show asking for your life for admission.
I got higher thoughts and ambitions.
Telling every student at school that's willing to listen.
Dropping out of school was never a mission.

I'll admit I'm far from perfect.
I lived a rough life and did wrong.
Nobody knows I been emotionally hurting.
That's why I had to make a song.
