Too Much

I asked the question, why are you so sad?
You responded, " I don't have anything to smile about."
Wow! You don't have anything to smile about.
Well, I have a lot of things that I am grateful for,
and because of those benefits, I smile and so can you.
What about this beautiful and blessed day?
You can see the sun shining,
you are hearing the sound of my voice,
you had something to eat and something to drink this morning.
God is on your side; it is irrefutable and don't be ungrateful.
He woke you up and you are breathing His air.

The vocables ... " you are a little too much for me" was softly spoken.
No I'm not, your encumbrances are; they are suppressing your emotions.
I'm just a honest spirit that identifies your weakness,
and the hurt you are trying to conceal.
I'm just trying to uplift you and help you get out of that sad state you are in.
Worrying only makes it more complex, you can't see or appreciate the gifts you have.
Depression already took control of your mind and now utilizing your strength.
Your inner strength is one of the most valuable resources you possess.
Through perseverance and faith, you can break the bonds of hardship,
restores your contentment and drives away unhappiness from your life.

It is true, the journeys of life are unpredictable.
It consists a lot of cloudy and stormy days.
What would this life be like or unfolds, if everything was smooth
and we didn't have to work to achieve anything?
For some folks the answer to this question is quite simple: Nice or the usual, boring!
From an individual perspect that is puzzling; I honestly don't know the answer.
But what I do know and value ... through hardship we gather and learn
different concepts and skills that are essential to survival.
Hardship is not a tragedy! Know the concepts and master the skills;
you will overcome many of the circumstances breaking you down.
